News Blade and Soul CBT Date Confirmed! |

On Feb. 12th, 2009, Korea based NCsoft released its 2008 Financial Report, and announced that its new MMORPG title Blade and Soul will launch closed beta test in Q4 2009 in South Korea.  According to NCSoft's 2009 Plan, Blade and Soul is expected to conduct CBT in Q4 2009 and officially launch in the year of 2010. NCSoft CEO Kim Taek Jim said that the company will unveil the development progress as well as the detailed operation plan for Blade and Soul on this year's NCsoft Media Day. NCSoft showcased several new MMORPGs including Blade and Soul, MetalBlack and Steeldog on NCsoft Media Day 2008 last July. NCsoft Media Day 2009 is set to happen in May, two months earlier than last year. Steel Dog and MetalBlack are scheduled to launch closed beta in Q2 and Q4 this year respectively. In addition, NCSoft is planning to develop console version Blade and Soul, but the release schedule is still unknown. Source: -link- |
